Project Overview
War Time! is a hybrid live-action and 3D animated short film produced by a 40+ member team. As Co-Director and Production Lead, I oversaw the full production lifecycle — from script development and scheduling to final delivery, managing cross-department coordination and pipeline organization.

Managed a 40–42 person team across modeling, texturing, animation, live-action production, rendering, and post-production
